Manual Steps:
-Download apk and all the zipped obb parts
-Extract all the obb parts at one file (at the same time) viaZArchiveror your preferred zip program.
-While extracting if they ask replace/overwirte or skip, just press replace/overwrite
-When finish extracting, you should see a obb file "main.50.com..game.pvz2_row.obb".
-crte obb folder com..game.pvz2_row" into sdcard0\android\obb
-copy obb file "main.50.com..game.pvz2_row.obb" into obb folder
- install mod apk.
- select the potate profile and continue for the mod to work
you will have the unlimited resources if you start a new profile but the plants/upgrades will become locked again.

For those who have problem with profile, try if this work,

download above data file and copy into sdcard0\android\data
size is correct, it shows 0 meg as size is very small (14K)
